PERFORMANCE
Josh Funk was a private student of Mr. Stottlemyer and studied drum set. He went on as the co-founder and drummer for Patchwork Fools. Find Patchwork Fools on SoundCloud.
Wes Greer was a private student of Nate and studied drum set, rudimental percussion, and concert percussion. He is a stylistically diverse independent percussionist and graduate of West Virginia University. Find Wes online here.
Wes recently contributed his playing to the album, "Celebrating 40 Years of Jazz at W.V.U." His composition, "4 Minus 1," is a featured track.

COMPOSITION, PRODUCTION, AND SOUND DESIGNShortly following the first public beta release of VCV Rack, Mr. Stottlemyer taught foundations of modular synthesis to students at Strath Haven Middle School. Later, the playlist below was featured in the CDM article, "A guide to VCV Rack, a software Eurorack modular you can use for free." CDM praised the student compositions as "M-nus grade," referencing the Berlin-based electronic music label. Andrew Belt, VCV Rack developer, said the following about the students' work:
